My son got the corsage for his Homecoming date here. She got his boutineer here. Both were fresh, regal and looked great on them. My wife suggested one slight modification ( I thought it was fine the way it was) and it was gladly done while I waited. Excellent florist with five-star service! When I came in on one of their busiest days of the year to pick up a Homecoming corsage that I had previously ordered, I was not pleased with my ribbon choice. The florist was so gracious and generous, even though it was my mistake. She offered a suggestion, took it in the back and made the change (which was not a simple fix) quickly, beautifully, free of charge, and in a very friendly way. She even added a few "extras" to be sure I was pleased. Her attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond on a very crazy day, was true customer service worthy of five stars!!!

I live in California and wanted to send flowers to relatives in San Antonio. The phone transaction was easy and the arrangement was delivered on the day and time as promised. It was gorgeous and a great value for the money. I asked that I be sent a photo of the arrangement and they were happy to do it. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The bouquet was beautiful and as advertised. I placed an order in the evening and requested it be delivered the following morning. I got a text at 10am from my friend saying the flowers were there. If I need to send flowers again in San Antonio I will use Stone Oak again in a heartbeat.

This was advertised as a birthday bouquet but the colors worked well with a friend's color scheme so I ordered it as a get well bouquet. I upgraded to the medium size and had them leave off the dangling birthday ribbons.
They were out of some of the flowers needed but said they expected a shipment the next morning. I told them I would call late morning and see if it was ready for pickup (I did not have arrangement delivered as I wanted to pick up and deliver right away). The arrangement was ready when I called.
The arrangement was filled with cheerful colors, nice and full too. A very smooth transaction and very accommodating attitude.

Stone Oak Florist went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations!! I have sent roses to my daughter every year on her remission anniversary for the past 11 years.On year one, she received one rose, year two, she received two roses, etc. We were excited this year to be celebrating her 12th year in remission because this meant we could finally send her a complete dozen! When the roses arrived, they were beautiful but my daughter mistakenly thought there were only 10. Because of the significance of the anniversary, I called the florist and explained. They were SO gracious, apologetic, and accommodating and quickly sent someone to replace the bouquet and even sent her a box of chocolates. THEN come to find out afterwards, there were indeed 12 roses in the original bouquet (my daughter had miscounted). I felt terrible but even after all of that, they were still so sweet and apologetic. Truly exceptional customer service. I wish I could give them 10 stars because 5 is not enough! I am very thankful for them and am now a forever customer!!
