Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and Stone Oak florist still amazes me with the beauty of the arrangements and CS. I ordered a beautiful fall arrangement and sent it to my wife’s work. There were issues with allowing the driver in due to recent policy changes that apparently no one was aware of. The driver went above and beyond a “ normal “ delivery and even made a second return trip, involving management at the store until they were allowed to drop off the flowers.End result, my wife lived the surprise, her coworkers and my wife loved the arrangement and I would expect anything less from a Stone Oak Florist. Thank you all for the great CS and outcome!

My husband and I live all the way in South Korea and wanted to send something to his parents. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful and fresh, and it was so easy to order. We seriously could not be happier with it, and my in-laws loved it as well(:
