In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Standard Delivery:
Standard Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Saturday
Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM local time for same-day delivery Monday - Friday and 12:00 PM Saturday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Mon - Fri) and 12:00 PM (Sat) will be processed the following business day.
Residential Deliveries (Single-Family Homes)
If the recipient is not home, a door tag will be left notifying them to pick up their arrangement at our flower shop.
Exceptions: Flowers will only be left at the door if the sender explicitly provides authorization during checkout.
Apartment Deliveries:
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will check with the apartment management office.
If the office accepts the package, a door tag will be left at the recipient’s apartment informing them where to collect their delivery.
If management refuses the package, a door tag will be left directing the recipient to pick up their flowers at our shop.
Business Deliveries:
Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is away or out of the office, flowers will be left with reception, a front desk, or a colleague if accepted. If the facility refuses the delivery, the arrangement will be returned to our shop and the sender will be notified.
Business Closed: If the business is closed, a tag will be left at the door, the flowers will be returned to the shop, and the sender will be notified immediately to arrange a re-delivery. There may be a re-delivery fee depending on how far the business is located.
Specific Time Requests While we do our best to accommodate specific time windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times during peak holiday periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).
Re-Delivery & Special Care Policies
Re-Delivery Charges: Each order includes one complimentary delivery attempt. If an order cannot be left safely, is refused, or requires a second trip due to an incorrect address provided by the sender, a re-delivery fee (equal to our standard delivery rate for that area) will apply before a second attempt is scheduled.
In-Shop Pick Up Alternative: If a delivery attempt fails, the recipient or sender may choose to pick up the flowers directly at our shop at no extra cost rather than paying a re-delivery fee.
Weather Restrictions: Because floral arrangements are perishable, our drivers will never leave flowers outdoors if ambient temperatures drop below 35°F (1.6°C) or exceed 85°F (29.4°C), or during severe weather conditions like heavy rain or snow. If no one is available to receive them under these conditions, the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and the recipient will be tagged/notified to coordinate pick-up or paid re-delivery.
Perishable Product Hold Period: Flowers returned to our shop will be kept in our cooler for up to 48 hours to preserve freshness. After 48 hours, a replacement fee may apply if fresh blooms must be remade for a delayed re-delivery.
